‍ 03 , , 1947 - 25 , 2025 Sravana 03, Friday, Saka 1947- July 25, 2025 -1() ‍ Department of Environment and Climate Change ORDER Jaipur, July 24, 2025 / No. F.SEIAA(03)/Env./2022/ The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 and in pursuance of the Notification No. S.O. 1533(E) dated 14th September, 2006, has constituted the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) and the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) to appraise and take decisions on the applications being submitted for grant of Environmental Clearance. After careful consideration, it has been decided by the State Government to impose a one-time processing fee for the projects seeking Environmental Clearance (EC) from the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, under the Environment Impact Assessment Notification No. S.O. 1533(E) dated 14th September, 2006 and its subsequent amendments in the following manner: - (A) Construction Projects/Area Development Projects: - RAJASTHAN GAZETTE Extraordinary Published by Authority (B) Industrial & Other Non-Mining Projects: - (C) Mining Projects: - 3.The above processing fee is exclusive of all other expenses to be incurred by the Project Proponent towards Public Hearing. The processing fee is applicable to the following proposals: - i)All new projects or activities listed in the schedule of Environment Impact Assessment Notification, 2006 and its subsequent amendments. ii) Expansion and modernization of existing projects or activities listed in the schedule of Environment Impact Assessment Notification, 2006 and its subsequent amendments.
