Whereas representations were received from Screening Plants owners in the State t0 review the siting parameter of Screening Plants for existing units; Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 Central Act 29 of 1986), read with Government of India, Ministry of Environment and Forests, Department of Environment; Forest and Wildlife, notification No. S.O. 152(E) , dated the IOth February, 1988, and in pursuance of the provision of section 7 of the said Act and rule 4 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, with reference to the Haryana Government; Environment Department; notification No_ S.0_ 57/C.A.29/1986/S.5 and 7/2017, dated the 2nd August; 2017 the Governor of Haryana hereby proposes to makes the following amendment in Haryana Government, Environment Department; notification No. S.O5/C.A.29/1986/S.5 and 7/2016, dated 1Oth March, 2016; namely: - Amendment In the Haryana Government; Environment Department; notification No. S.O.S/C.A.29/1986/S.5 and 7/2016, dated 1Oth March; 2016,in Schedule I, under columns I, 2 and 3, for serial numbers 13 and entries thereagainst; the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be substituted, namely: 3 "13_ Minimum distance from any educational institution 0.25' DHEERA KHANDELWAL; Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Environment Department: 55640~LR ~AG.P, Chd.
