Short title and commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Air Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2 Amendment of SCHEDULE - In Part-IV of SCHEDULE appended to the Rajasthan Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983, after the existing serial number 104 and entries thereto, the following new serial numbers 105 to 877 and entries thereto shall be added, namely: - 105.
