Short title and commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Air Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2 Amendment of SCHEDULE - In Part-IV of SCHEDULE appended to the Rajasthan Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983, after the exiting serial number 54 and entries thereto and before the existing note, the following new serial numbers 55 to 102 and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely: 55. 56. 57. 58.
