Exemption of evacuee property from attachment, etc,—(1) No evacuee property shall be liable to attachment, distraint or sale in execution of a decree or order of a Court, or any other authority, while a Deputy Commissioner's Ord er is in force in respect of such property.

(2) In computing the period of limitation applicable to any suit, appeal or application in respect of any evacuee property, the time during which a Deputy Commissioner's Order remains in force in respect of such property shall be excluded.
