EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No.203, CUTTACK, MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2018 /MAGHA 23, 1939 FOOD SUPPLIES & CONSUMER WELFARE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 12th February, 2018 No. 2969 – 0956900032017 — In exercise of the power conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) read with clause (9) of the Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2015, the State Government do hereby make the following Order to amend the Odisha Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, namely:— Short title and commencement: — (1) This Order may be called the Odisha Public Distribution System (Control) Amendment Order, 2018. It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Odisha Gazette . In the Odisha Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, in clause 4, in sub -clause (6), for the words "two years", the words "three years" shall be substituted. By Order of the Governor V.
