MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th October, 2014 S.O. 2764 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub– section (1) of section 5 of the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Act, 2012 (38 of 2012), and in supersession of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare notification number S.O. 3535 (E), dated the 29th November, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 29th November, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby notifies that the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore, shall consist of the following members, namely:– 9. Member under clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 5: Chief Secretary to the Government of Karnataka or his nominee who shall not be below the rank of Secretary to that Government ex-officio 10. Member
