Section 25
Terms and conditions of service of University teachers . — (1) All the teachers of the University shall, in the absence of any agreement to the contrary, be governed by the terms and conditions of service as specified in these Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations.
25. Terms and conditions of service of University teachers . — (1) All the teachers of the University shall, in the absence of any agreement to the contrary, be governed by the terms and conditions of service as specified in these Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations.
(2) Every teacher of the University shall be appointed on a written contract, the form of which shall be prescribed by the Ordinances. A copy of the contract shall be deposited with the Registrar.
