Section 4
(1) The enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act with regard to their operation in respect of incorporation, regulation and winding up of nnntrading companies witb objects confined to the State of Assam are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding tiw repeal under sub-sec- tion (I), the provisions of the enactments repealed shall. with regard to non-tniding companies with objects confined to the State of Assa m, apply in respect of such matters as provided in Sections 645. 646, 647, 648, 649 , 650. 65 1 , 652. 653 , 654 , G.'i.'i 656 , 657 Act 1 ct11d 6."8 of the Companies Act, 1956 . · 1956.
