13. In section 275, — (a) for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:— " (2) The provisional liquidator or the Company Liquidator, as the case may, shall be appointed by the Tribunal from amongst the insolvency professionals registered under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016; " ; (b) sub-section (4) shall be omitted.
