10. For section 270, the following section shall be substituted, namely:— THE ELEVENTH SCHEDULE (See section 255) AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013 (18 OF 2013) " 270. Winding up by Tribunal.—The provisions of Part I shall apply to the winding up of a company by the Tribunal under this Act. " .
