In section 23, in sub -sections (4), (5) and (6), after the words , figures and brackets " the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949) " " the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) " , the words and figures " or the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 " shall be inserted.
