BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. (1) This Act may be called the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Second Short title and Amendment) Act, 2018. commencement: (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 6th day of June, 2018. 2. In the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the Amendment principal Act), in section 3, in clause (12), for the word "repaid" , the word "paid" shall of section 3 be substituted. 31 of 2016_ THEGAZETTE OF INDIAEXTRAORDINARY [PART II Amendment of section 5. 3.
