HARYANA GOVERNMENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT Notification The 1st September, 2015 No. G . S . R . 16/Const./Art.309/2015 . — In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Environment Department (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely:— These Rules may be called the Haryana Environment Department (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2015. In the Haryana Environment Department (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, in Appendix B, under column 3 & 4, against Serial Number 14, for the existing items, the following items shall be substituted , namely :- ANURAG RASTOGI , Principal Secretary to Government Haryana , Environment Department .
