No.CRC-1009/(37)/D-X1L.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Gram Nyayalaya Act, 2008, the Government of Maharashtra after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay hereby directs that, with effect from the 2 nd October 2009.- @ there shall be a Gram Nyayalaya for the Village Panchayat at the intermediate level, i.e., Panchayat Samiti area Korpana, sub-ordinate to the District Court of Chandrapur, in Chandrapur District.
