Incorporation of Institute.—The Sree Chitra Tirunal Medical Centre Society for Advanced Studies in Specialities, Trivandrum, is hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum, and as such body corporate, it shall have perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire, hold and dispose of property and to contract, and shall, by that name, sue and be sued.
