SREE CHITRA TIRUNAL INSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL SCIENCES & TECHNOLOGY , TRIVANDRUM , THIRUVANANTHAPRUAM -895 011 , KERALA , INDIA No.DiMII( 2 y9/SCTIMST/2014 0ate d 30.04.2015 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 32 of the Sree Chitra Tirunai Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology , Trivandrum , Act , 1980 (52 of 1980) read with sub-section (1) thereof with the previous approval of the Central Government , the Sree Chttra tirunai Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology hereby makes.the following amendment to the Sree Chitra Tirunai Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology , Trivandrum Regulations , 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations) namely: 1 . Short Title and Commencement -(i) These regulations may be called the Sree Chitra Tirunai Institute for Medical Sciences and technology , Trivandrum (Amendment) Regulations , 2014: (ii) They shall come into force at once . 2 . In the said Regulations (11) in Clause (ii) , the following entries shall be substituted with regard to the constitution of the Governing Body: *The member of the Institute representing the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India; and the Financial Adviser, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India". The above amendment to Clause (ii) Regulation -11 Is issued with the approvals of the institute Body (Resolution No.5 , dated 30.09.2014) and the Central Government (DST) vide letters No .
