SREE CHITRA TIRUNAL INSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL SCIENCES & TECHNOLOGY Thiruvananthapuram-695011 NOTIFICATION No.P & A/DR-III(7)/99 the June *£> , 1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section-32 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology , Trivandrum , Act 1980 ( 52 of 1980) read with section-28 of the said Act and regulation 30 thereof , the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology , Thiruvananthapuram , with the previous approval of the Central Government communicated vide DST letter No.AI/SCT/008/99 dated 08.6.1999 and No.AI/Misc/023/98 dated 12.11.1998 , hereby makes the following regulations namely: . T (1) Short title and commencement: » (i) These regulations may "be called the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology , Trivandrum , Service 5 . Pesonnel Conduct Rules (Amendment) Regulations , 1999 . (ii) They shall come into force from the above respective dates of communication of the approval by the Central Govt . The following amendments are made to Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences , Trivandrum , Service & Personnel Conduct Rules: [The first sentence in the first para of Rule-22 of Chapter-II (i.e.Generai Condition of Services) will stand amended as under:] "The age of superannuation shall be 62 years for academic staff, and 60 years for administrative and other staff in service," rtu^uj^s rtu^uj^s JfvKTMohandas DIRECTOR
