SREE CHITRA TIRUNAL INSTITUTE FQR MEDICAL SCIENCES & TECHNOLOGY Thiruvananthapuram-695011 NOTIFCATION No.P & A/DR-III(7}/99 the June : 1999 In exercise Of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section-32 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technalogy, Trivandrum, Act 1980 ( 52 of 1980) read with section-28 of the said Act and regulation 30 thereof, the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology, Thiruvananthapuram, with the previous approval of the Central Government communicated vide DST letter No Al/SCT/008/99 dated 08.6.1999 and No.AL/Misc./023/98 dated 12.11. 1998, hereby makes the following regulations namely: (1) Short_title and commencement: These regulations may be called the Sree Chitra Tirunal Inscitute for Medical Sciences & Technology, Trivandrum, Service 3. Pesonnel Conduct Rules (Amendment) Regulations, 1999 (ii) They shall come into force from the above respective dates of communication of the approval bx the Central Govt: (2) The following amendments are made to Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences, Trivandrum, Service & Personnel Conduct Rules: (The first sentence in the first para of Rule-22 of Chapter-I[ (i.e General Condition of Services) will stand amended as under:] "The age of superannuation shall be 62 vears for academic staff; and 60 vears for administrative and other staff in service: Nulaueos Dr E Mobandgs DIRECTOR
