Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Seventy -first year of the Republic of India as follows : This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Short title and commencement. Budget Management (Amendment) Act, 2020_ (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from Ist March; 2020_ 2 In rhe Arunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act; 2006 Amendment of Section 4 (Act No, 4 of 2006), in section 4, sub-section (3), after clause (g), the following clause shall be added #(h) There shall be one-time special dispensation during 2019-20 in availing additional borrowing of rupees eight hundred seven crore only, beyond the State'$ eligibility" .
