‍ 14 , , 1946605 , 2025 Phalguna 14, Wednesday, Saka 1946- March 05, 2025 ‍4‍() ‍‍(I) ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍(‍‍‍ ‍ ) ‍ Food and Civil Supplies Department Notification Jaipur, March 04, 2025 G.S.R.116 . -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the National Food Security Act, 2013 (Central Act No. 20 of 2013), the State Government proposes to make the following amendments in the Rajasthan Food Security Rules, 2023. The following draft rules are hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of section 40 of the said Act, for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given to them that the said draft would be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of fifteen days from the date on which the copies of this notification as published in the Official Gazette are made available to the public. Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect of the said draft rules before the expiry of the period as specified above shall be considered by the State Government. Draft Rules Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Food Security (Draft Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
