The Odisha 3 Gazette EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1204, CUTTACK, FRIDAY_ AUGUST 14, 2015 /SRAVAN 23, 1937 FOOD SUPPLIES & CONSUMER WELFARE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 1Oth August; 2015 No.15758-09-17-15-59/2015-~In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of Section 10 of National Food Security Act (NFSA), 2013, Government of Odisha, after careful consideration, have been pleased to approve one more Exclusion Criterion in addition to the eight Exclusion Criteria notified earlier for identification of Priority Households and Antyodaya Anna Yojana households to be covered under targeted Public Distribution System under the Act: According to the new Exclusion Criterion "the Households with three or more rooms with pucca walls and pucca roof" would be excluded from being a PDS beneficiary under NFSA, 2013. This will be treated as the ninth Exclusion Criterion for identification of PDS beneficiaries under NFSA in the State.
