ORDER: In the letter first read above, the first meeting of the Task Force of eradication of Child Labour' constituted by the Ministry of Labour and Employment was held on 12.07.2016 under the Chairmanship of Additional Secretary Labour and Employment; New Delhi and suggested that to formulate the Do's and Don'ts or specific Standard Operating Procedure and it would lead to increase in inspection, prosecution and conviction and also smooth rehabilitation of children withdrawn from work: 2.
