ORDER: In the letter first read above, the first meeting of the Task Force of eradication of Child Labour' constituted by the Ministry of Labour and Employment was held on 12.07.2016 under the Chairmanship of Additional Secretary Labour and Employment; New Delhi and suggested that to formulate the Do's and Don'ts or specific Standard Operating Procedure and it would lead to increase in inspection, prosecution and conviction and also smooth rehabilitation of children withdrawn from work: 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Labour has requested to prepare the Standard Operating Procedure for eradication of Child Labour based on the instruction, issued in the above said Task Force meeting: 3.
