(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Flood Emergency Powers (Evacuation and Requisition) Act, 1951 .

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Flood Emergency Powers (Evacuation and Requisition) Act, 1951 . (2) It extends to the whole of the Uttar Pradesh. It shall come into force at once.
