Chapters III and IV to apply to loans advanced by mortgage banks from funds not boTTowed from the Central Mortgage Bank.-'fhe provisions of Chapters III and IV shall apply also to loans advanced by primary mortgage banks frum funds which have not been borrowed from the Central Mortgage Bank and loans taken over by the Central M01 tgage Bank from the Travancore Credit Bank.
