No. SDE-2024/CR 133/Est- 02.– Whereas, the use of Aadhaar as an identity document for delivery of services or benefits or subsidies simplifies the Government delivery processes, brings in transparency and efficiency and enables beneficiaries to get their entitlements directly in a convenient and seamless manner by obviating the need to produce multiple documents to prove one's identity; And whereas, the Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department (hereinafter referred to as "the Department") is administering the Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana (hereinafter referred to as "the Scheme") to impart work experience training to candidates between age group of 18 years to 35 years of age for a period of eleven months by providing stipend to the trainees in order to enhance employability of the candidates seeking employment which is being implemented by the Commissioner, Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship, Navi Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as "the implementing Agency"); And whereas, under the Scheme stipend (hereinafter referred to as "the benefit") as specified in the table appended herewith is given to the candidates between the age group of 18 years to 35 years of age (hereinafter referred to as "the beneficiaries") by the implementing Agency as per the extant Scheme guidelines; And whereas, the Scheme involves recurring expenditure incurred from the Consolidated Fund of the State of Maharashtra.
