NOTIFICATION (New Delhi , the l9 th March , 1993) 1S . O . 282 -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 and clause (a) of Section 18 of the Public Liability Insurance Act , 1991 ( 6 of 1991) the Central Government hereby authorises the officers and authorities listed in column (2) of the Table below for the purposes of the said sections with the jurisdiction mentioned against each of them in column (3) of that Table :- TABLE Note : 1 .
