Quorum.— (1) When any meetings of the Board is held, the Commissioner, Poona Division, and in his absence, the Chairman of the Board, and in the absence of both, a member who is a Government officer and is elected by the members present at the meeting shall preside.

8. Quorum.— (1) When any meetings of the Board is held, the Commissioner, Poona Division, and in his absence, the Chairman of the Board, and in the absence of both, a member who is a Government officer and is elected by the members present at the meeting shall preside. (2) The quorum necessary for the transaction of business at a meeting of the Board shall be seven.
