Constitution of the Board. — (1) There shall be constituted for the maintenance and management of the Museum, and for carrying into effect the other purposes of this Act, a Board of trustees. The Board shall be a body corporate by the name of "The Trustees of the Mahatma Phule Vastu Sangrahalaya, Poona " , and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall have

power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, and to enter into contracts; and may by the said name sue and be sued.
(2) The Board shall consist of—
A. The following members, ex-officio , —
(i) the Revenue Commissioner, Poona Division, who shall be the President of the Board;
(ii) the Director of Art;
