Further power of Board.— The Board may, if it thinks fit for the purposes of its trust under this Act, — (a) assume the custody and administration of collections which are not the property of the Board and keep and preserve such collections either in the Museum or elsewhere ; (b) subject to any rules made in this behalf, organise courses of instruction in all or any of the subjects relating to the collections in the Museum and afford facilities for the sale or exhibition of products of Indian industries and handicrafts.
