Section 16

Secretary and staff.— There shall be a Director of the Museum, who shall also be the Secretary to the Board. The Board may employ such other officers and servants as it shall deem necessary for the efficient execution of its duties under this Act. Subject to any rules made in this behalf, the Board shall determine the terms and conditions of service of the Director and other staff as it may employ.
