J.U.L.'l.Q.17 No.F-19-45/2012/25-3:: In exercise of the power conferred by sub-Section (1) and (2) of Section 36 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 (No.25 of 2013), the State Governmemt, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2014, namely:- AMENDMENT In Annexure-H of the said rules,- Under Heading "1. Composition of the State Level Survey Committee", for serial number 1, 2 and 4 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) "1. 2. 4.
