Section 31 — The Puri Shri Jagannath Temple (Administration) Act, 1952.

31 : Provided that pending such fixation, the Committee, may advance to the said officers and employees such sums in respect of their employment as the Committee may deem fit having regard to the nature of the duties of the respective officers and employees and all such advances shall be adjusted at the time when their rer9uneration is fixed in aceordance with this rule.
