3. Daily allowance of members of Committee - (1) The members of the Committee other than the Administrator shail, for the purposes of attending to the businessof the Committee,be entitled -to daily allowance at the rate of l[twenty rupees] a day for each day on which such business is carried on. Travelling allowanceof membersof Committee—The membersof the Committ ee otherthanthoseresidingatPurishallbeentitledto travellingallowancefo journey s betwee n hisordinary placeofresidence andPuriforattending tothebusiness ofth Committ ee onthefollowingscale,namely: (a)forjourneysperformed bytrain,anamountequalto firstclasstrainfarebyth shortest route; (b) forjourneysperformedbybus,anamountequalto upperclassbusfarebythe shortestroute; (c) forjourneysperformedpartlybytrainandpartlyby bus,anamountequaltothe aggregateof the first classtrain fare for the portion coveredby train and the upper classbus fare for the portion bybus; and ;(d)forjourneysperforme d inanyothermodeattherateadmissible tofirstgra Officersundertheprovisionsof theOrissaTravellingAllowanceRules. 4.Submission of annual report - The Committeeshall, by the end of the month o April every year on or before suchother datethereafteras the StateGovernmentmay by special order direct, to submit the report under Section 18 to the State Governmen and such report shall be forthwith sent by the Committee to the Superintendent o Government Press, Orissa who shall causethe sameto be published in the Gazette. Procedure for taking over possession—(1) The Committee immediately on i first assumingoffice shall, in the mannerhereinafterprovided, take over chargeo all gold, silver, preciousstonesandotherjewelleries inside the RatnaBhandarfro the Raja of Puri after actualverification of the stock which shall be classified an dealt within three categories, namely,articles that are never used, those that are us only onceremonialor festiveoccasionsandthosethatareof daily use. (3) After verification three separate inventories showing the fuii particulars of each of the three categories of articles shall be drawn up by the Administrator and attested by ty{e persons enumerated in Sub-rule (2) and present at the verification.
