13. Conditions of service of existing employees -The remuneration
of such officers
and employees
shall, with
effect from
the date of
the commencement
of the Act, be as may be determined
by the State
Government
in
consultation
with
the
Committee
and
their
other
conditions
of service shall be the same as may be provided
by regulations
made
under
Clause
(a) of Section
