Co-option of members. (1) The Committee may, from time to time, co-opt persons not belonging to any of the categories referred to in Clauses (e), (f) and (g) of Sub-section(1) of Section6 to be members of the Conåmittee : Provided shall exceed four. that at no time the total number of the co-opted members In case there is difference of opinion as to the person to be co-opted, the matter shall be decided by voting. as A co-opted member, who has absented himself from three consecutive meetings of the Committee, shall cease to hold office such member. Daily allowance of members of Committee - (1) The members of the Committee other than the Administrator shail, for the purposes of attending to the businessof the Committee,be entitled -to daily allowance at the rate of l[twenty rupees] a day for each day on which such business is carried on.
