Section 19

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act the State Government may by notification in the Gazette, exempt, subject to such conditions and restrictions, if any, as may be specified in such notification any land or building or class of lands or building or buildings from all or any of the provisions of this Act or rules or the regulations made there under.
