N: De Homoeopathic Medical College and Jospital (Taking Over of Management and Subsequent Acquisition) Act, 1983. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the D N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking Over of Management and Subsequent Acquisition) Acl, 1983, for the purpose and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Forty-third Year of the Republic of India by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: West Ben. Act X of 1983 This Act may be called the D. N, De Homoeopathic Medical Short title _ 1, College and Hospital (Taking Over of Management and Subsequent Acquisition) (Amendment) Act; 1992: 27 In section 6 of the D. N De Homoeopathic Medical College orneredioens and Hospital (Taking Over of Management and Subsequent Acquisi- of West Ben tion) Act; 1983 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), after sub- Act X of 1983 section (4), the following sub-sections shall be inserted and shall be deemed always to have been inserted: "(4A) Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing provisions of this section; the period referred to in sub- section (2) ofsection 3 (hereinafter referred to as the said period) shall be held to include any period which may elapse between the expiry of the said period and the date ofpublicationin the Official Gazette ofany law extending the said period for any further period 211 The D N De
