DE HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL (TAKING OVER OF MANAGEMENT AND SUBSEQUENT ACQUISITION) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1994. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the President of India was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 20th July, 1994.] [20th July, 1994.] An Act to amend the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act, 1983. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act, 1983, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. ( 1 ) This Act may be called the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) (Amendment) Act, 1994. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd day of January, 1993. 2. In sub-section (2) of section 3 of the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act, 1983 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten years", the words "fifteen years" shall be substituted. 3. In sub-section (1) of section 4 of the principal Act, for the words "ten years", the words "fifteen years" shall be substituted. Short title and commencement. Amendment of section 3 of West Ben.
