N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act; 1983. West Ben_ Act Xof 1983. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act, 1983, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: 1. (1) This Act may be called the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical Short title College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent and commence - Acquisition) (Amendment) Act; 1994. ment. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd day of January, 1993. 2. In sub-section (2) of section 3 of the D. N.
