DE HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL (TAKING OVER OF MANAGEMENT AND SUBSEQUENT ACQUISITION) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1988. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act, 1983. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act, 1983, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- (1) This Act may be called the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) (Amendment) Act, 1988. It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd day of January, 1988. In sub-section (2) of section 3 of the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act, 1983 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five years", the words "six years" shall be substituted. Short title and commencement. Amendment of section 3 of West Ben. Act X of 1983. In sub-section (1) of section 4 of the principal Act, for the words Amendment "five years", the words "six years" shall be substituted. of section 4. • Repeal and saving. The D. N.
