Repeal and saving . — (1) The Tribunals Reforms (Rationalisation and Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 2021 is hereby repealed.

35. Repeal and saving . — (1) The Tribunals Reforms (Rationalisation and Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 2021 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952), the Copyright Act, 1957 (14 of 1957), the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Patents Act, 1970 (39 of 1970), the Airports Authority of India Act, 1994 (55 of 1994), the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (47 of 1999), the Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection) Act, 1999 (48 of 1999), the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act, 2001 (53 of 2001) and the Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 (13 of 2003), as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of those Acts, as amended by this Act.
