16. Certain words omitted by Act 14 of 2025, s. 9 (w.e.f. 08-04-2025). Provided that— t— (a) in the case of the list of 1 [auqaf] relating to any part of the State and published after the commencement of this Act no such application shall be entertained after the expiry of 2 [two years] from the date of publication of the list of 1 [auqaf]; and (b) in the case of the list of 1 [auqaf] relating to any part of the State and published at any time within a period of 2 [two years] immediately preceding the commencement of this Act, such an application may be entertained by Tribunal within the period of 2 [two years] from such commencement:
