5 [50A. Disqualification of mutawalli.—A person shall not be qualified for being appointed, or for continuing as, a mutawalli, if he— (a) is less than twenty-one years of age; (b) is found to be a person of unsound mind; (c) is an undischarged insolvent; (d) has been convicted of any offence and sentenced to imprisonment for not less than two years;
