Disputes regarding 4 [auqaf] . — (1) If any question arises whether a particular property specified as 5 [waqf] property in the list of 4 [auqaf] is 5 [waqf] property or not or whether a 5 [waqf] specified in such list is a Shia 5 [waqf] or Sunni 5 [waqf] 6 [or Aghakhani waqf or Bohra waqf], the Board or the mutawalli of the 5 [waqf] or 7 [any person aggrieved] may institute a suit in a Tribunal for the decision of the question 8**** :

Provided that no such suit shall be entertained by the Tribunal after the expiry of 9 [two years] from the date of the publication of the list of 4 [auqaf]:
