O R D E R In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 read with sub -section (91) of section 2 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the rules made thereunder, the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Tripura hereby assigns the proper officers referred to in different sections of the said Act mentioned in column (2) to the officers specified in column (3) of the Table below, subject to the condition that the functions so assigned shall be exercised only within their respective jurisdiction. This Order shall take effect from the 1st day of July, 2017 .
