N 0 TIFIC A TIO N In pursuance of the rule 138 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government; hereby notifies that the existing documents under the provisions of the Tripura Value Added Tax Act; 2004 and the Rules made thereunder that a person in charge of a conveyance carrying any consignment of goods needs to carry with him while the goods are in movement or in transit storage shall continue till such time as an E-way bill system is developed and approved by the Council, 2. This notification shall come into force from the 18 day of July, 2017.
