In view of the speci fit: fields. the Vice-Chancellor shall be a renowned personality at least of the rank of Professor from the field of Fine Arts, design. Urban Planning and Architecture. Film and Television. The Vice<Chancellor shall be appointed solely on academic considerations. He shall be a distinguished educationist having commitment ID the values for which the University stands and abilities to provide leadership to the University by his academic worth. administrative competence and moral stature: Provided that the founder Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor on the recommendations of the State Government.
