1 . Ins. by sec. 8 of U.P. Act No. 5 of 1984. Power to cut of water supply (2) No action taken under or in pursuance of this section shall relieve a person from any penalty or liability which he may otherwise have incurred. (3) The Jal Sansthan may reconnect the supply of water disconnected under sub -section (1) on payment of such charges and on such terms and conditions as may be provided by bye-laws.
