1 . For Constitution of U. P. Sugar and Power Alcohol Housing Board, see Not. no. 2307 (LL)/XVIII—235(LL)51, dated Oct. 1, 1951. (3) The Housing Board shall be a body corporate by the name of the U. P. (Sugar and Power Alcohol) Labour Housing Board, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire property, both movable and immovable, and shall, by the said name sue, and be sued. (4) No act done by the Housing Board shall be called in question on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy in, or defect in the constitution of, the Housing Board.
